Heat Treatment

The heat treatment workshop has a number of specialized heat treatment equipment and testing equipment. A set of sealed box type multipurpose furnace sets is introduced from Japan. The heat treatment of all kinds of steel can be realized, such as quenching, carburizing, tempering, normalizing, carbonitriding and other heat treatment.
The carburizing process can meet the martensite 1--3 grade, fine needle like and implicitly acicular martensite. The retained austenite can be controlled below 5%, the carbide can be controlled in small point shape, and the depth of carburized layer can reach 5.0mm.
